The atrium has a waterfall with a koi-filled pond and Asian meditation gardens. Guests are welcomed into the hotel lobby which has a 24-hour reception and check-out service. Conference facilities are available for business guests and WLAN Internet access is available for a fee. Room and laundry services are provided (charges apply), and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park. For an additional fee younger guests can enjoy the kid's club.
