The new Melia Ria Hotel (opened at the end of 2005) is located in a superior quality residential development in the center of Aveiro, with views of the lake formed by the river Ria de Aveiro. The hotel is located next to the Cultural and Congress Centre, a few minutes from the train station, a stone's throw from the historical heart of the city, 7 Km from the beaches, and an hour away from Porto airport, with easy access to the A1, IP5 and IC1 highways. This hotel offers a restaurant with regional and international specialties, a cafeteria, as well as a lobby bar. Guests can relax in the wellness centre which has a fitness room, indoor heated swimming-pool (charged aside), Turkish bath, sauna and whirlpool. The 128 rooms are distributed on 5 floors. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
