4 star?
I stayed 1 night at the Menzies hotel and would question if it was worth 4 stars, after been to others of the same stars in Glasgow. Room was average, and not well equipped. Only 1 dressing gown(reception said because they get stolen). 2 small bottles in bathroom, 1 shower gel, 1 shampoo., not enough for the 2 of us. Tissue box
had 4 tissues in it. No shower caps. 1 small bar of soap. No writing paper or pen. No mini bar, there was a fridge. Car park £3 a day. Wi fi £5 FOR AN HOUR , or between 9-12 pounds per day.
Its the little extras that make a hotel that little bit more special! This wasnt! Very average! |

Menzies Glasgow - Clean, welcoming
Have stayed here 4 times and will return again. The rooms are always clean, staff welcoming and the food is good. Swimming pool is nice and never overcrowded. |

comfortable stay at Glasgow
I have just come back from a business trip from Glasgow and stayed at this hotel. Menzies Glasgow hotel is well located with short walk to the centre. The hotel facilities are very good. There is jacuzzi, swimming pool and car park. I loved the cooked breakfast. It was delicious. I stayed at a non smoking room and my room is tastefully decorated with many modern amenities. Thanks to the friendly hotel staff I had a nice stay there. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again |

Nice stay!
My boyfeiend and I just got back from a weekend stay at Menzies Glasgow Hotel. It was a nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is ideally located within easy reach to major attractions in Glasgow such as Gallery of Modern Arts and Glosgow Church. It is also an ideal place to stay with its devoted staff and kind management who do their best to provide the guests with a comfortable stay. The room we stayed in was a nicely decorated, comfortable room. It was so cosy! We dined at the hotel restaurant once and the food was very tasty. Well, i think the best part of this hotel is that it offers a wide range of leisure facilities. It has a big heated indoor swimming pool, a well equipped gym and a jacuzzi. I've received the best massage ever at the hotel's spa center. It was awesome! If you are planing to go to Glasgow i highly recommend you stay at Menzies Glasgow Hotel. |

Such a delightful experience
Menzies Glasgow was an ideal place for your 2 night stay in Glasgow, as it was an easy walk to the SECC. The reception and bar staff was terrific, more than helpful and friendly. Our standard double room was immaculate with a huge double bed that was so much comfortable. The breakfasts were plentiful. The relaxing indoor pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic. It’s been such a delightful experience Menzies Glasgow that we would definitely go back. |

Overall OK
Stayed here from Friday till Sunday. Good position for walking to centre. Was allocated room which was excellent HOWEVER as we unpacked the guy from reception came and said we had to move as there was a flood along the corridor and had to keep our room free of guests. Next room was much smaller and had stains on carpet. Bathroom was good with powerful shower. Breakfasts were excellent. Didn't eat in hotel for dinner as went out both evenings. Friends with us were upgraded to loft apartment which was excellent. Drinks in hotel were fairly expensive. |
