These contemporary-style apartments are superbly positioned. They opened in 2007, and there are 42 apartments in total spread across 11 floors. A hotel safe and lift access are provided. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car (fees may apply).
Guests are requested to email etownson@merchantliving.com with their expected time of arrival. If guests telephone 0151 734 3675 or 07815 900018 thirty minutes prior to arrival, a member of the team will meet them at the apartments with the keys, as well as providing them with a brief tour of the facilities. Attention! This accommodation does not accept bookings for large groups such as hen and stag groups. Any booking found to be of this kind will be cancelled and are non-refundable.
