luxury and comfort
Very central location! I booked this hotel from otel.com and glad to choose it. My stay was excellent. The location is perfect near to the city centre. It is a 4 star hotel with many facilities. Large rooms offer comfortable stays. I liked big and clean bathrooms. Gym and pool facilities are good. The phoenix restaurant is a modern well furnished place to eat, meals are tasty! I higly recommend it to anyone

Excellent!
Excellent hotel in every aspect! It has a good location which is only 10 minutes to Bristol Temple Meads train station and it is also close to the airport, it takes less than half and hour. In the hotel area there is a nice shopping center called "Broadmead" and Bristol harbour is just a few mşnutes walk from the hotel. Apart from this excellent location the hotel offers quality service and comfortable accomodation. My room was a spacious room with a large living area. It had a nice city view! The hotel has a stylish restaurant where i enjoyed delicious dishes they offered. The hotel has a swimming pool and a fitness center where you can get rid of your stress and relax. I liked staying at Mercure Holland House Hotel & Spa and would go there again.
