From San Francisco/Oakland/East Bay: * Take I 80E towards Sacramento for approximately 24 miles across the Carquinez Bridge. * Take Marine World Parkway/Highway 37 exit for approximately 2 miles. * Turn right onto Highway 29 North for approximately 7 to 8 miles. * Stay to the left on Highway 29 after major intersection of Napa/Vallejo Highway 29 and Highway 12. * At first light, turn left onto Soscol Ferry Road. * Turn right on Bordeaux Way. The Meritage is located on the right hand side. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Meritage Resort & Spa Hotel Napa.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
