Ideal location
Hotel is situated in a nice area in Dublin. It only 15 minutes walk to St. Stephens Green and within half and hour you reach Temple Bar with its vibrant atmosphere. The hotel overlooks a lovely canal. The hotel area is decent and tranquil. My room was a non-smoking room and it was very comfortable with satisfactory facilities. It had a nice canal view which was very relaxing. The breakfast the hotel had to offer was nice. Good hotel, a good stay.

Nice bargain for a great value
I was on a business trip to Dublin and picked Mespil Hotel for my base. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The staff was very courteous. The room was clean and in a business like style. The location is perfect both for leisure and business travelers alike. It is in the heart of Georgian Dublin overlooking the leafy banks of the Grand Canal and just a short walk from St. Stephen's. Excellent internet access in the lobby was a nice bonus and breakfast was very plentiful that was refilled frequently. Value wise, Mespil Hotel was relatively a nice bargain for a great value.

Good choice
Certainly the location of Mespil Hotel couldn't be better, the hotel is situated in the heart of the business district, overlooking the Grand Canal, within 10 min walk to the city center. That was the reason I have chosen to stay at Mespil Hotel. The hotel staff was efficient and prompt. The room I got to stay in was adequate, nothing impressive, but clean. Overall, adequate 3 star hotel.

Brilliant!!!
We have stayed in Mespil Hotel for 2 nights and had a brilliant time. We found the hotel to be really nice and the rooms to be large and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the location couldn't have been better. Far enough away from the centre without being too far. And definitely worth putting accent on very courteous hotel staff. We would definitely advise to choose Mespil Hotel for a lovely experience in Dublin.

Wonderful place to be definitely revisted
Mespil hotel is a modern 3 star hotel located within Georgian Dublin an elegant and stylish part of Dublin city centre and just minutes walk from Stephens Green and within close proximity to St Stephens Green, Grafton Street, Ballsbridge and the RDS.
Very friendly and professional staff definitely added a value. Besides, our room was very bright and spacious, designed in a modern style that made our stay very relaxing and comfortable. Very nice food offered at Mespil Hotel should be emphasized as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay that definitely left an upbeat impression to go back to Mespil again.

If you want a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed and then a simply wonderful breakfast, you wont get much better than this. We couldn't eat lunch because we were still so full. Only a 20 minute stroll into town too, which burnt some of that breakfast off us middle aged folk from Romford Essex.
