* Standard rooms (no view) provide individually controlled air conditioning, private bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer, private balcony or terrace, direct dial telephone, music channel (through TV), Satellite TV, mini fridge, bath kit and safety deposit box.
* Standard rooms sea view provide same services as above with sea view.
* Superior rooms sea view (extra facilities to standard rooms) offer panoramic sea view, coffee/tea making facilities, nescafe & tea bags , bottle of local wine & mineral water upon arrival, bathrobe, slippers, complimentary BBQ dinner at Belleview restaurant and a farewell gift.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Mistral Hotel Crete.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
