Built in 1985, the complex was completely renovated in 2004. The complex offers guests a total of 228 rooms spread over 9 floors. This number includes 70 double rooms and 114 apartments/studios. In addition, the use of a laundry service and a restaurant is open to guests.

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Montebello Hotel Gran Canaria. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
