Good
Good location, clean room.
No WiFi on the room, no hairdryer, and breakfast was a little poor. And they really need to provide the rooms with bigger TVs!

The hotel is solid, breakfast is not so good, the service is very friendly, and location is great, railway station and subway are nearby

what you give is what you have
Room with old furniture, bathroom is claustrophobic. But I will go again to this hotel because they have very nice staff and location is very good.Is quiet and you can go by D tram or by M4 everywhere.

Nice hotel in a convenient location
Hotel Mozart is very favorable. Tram and metro are within a walk. Right in front of the hotel is a public bicycle rental.
The hotel is clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is abundant and good. All you need is a few nice days to spend in Vienna. Also located nearby many supermarkets. In the neighboring station is open even on Sundays.

Poor Overall
we stayed here march 2010 for 3 nights, it had only tepid water for which to shower and no change of towels or tioletries. room was dated and the breafast was very basic even for a cold buffet. i would not recommend this hotel you would have better conditions in a hostel and alot cheaper.

Good Location
Just in front of Franz Josef Station, and 1 stop from U4 station. Also, if you are planning to stay on Sunday (no supermarlets open throughout the city!!), you can be releived to find one in operation in this station. Rooms are spacious (however relatively dated), and breakfast soso (I would not recommend). You can enjoy free wifi internet in lobby. For budget travellers, this is the place to stay!!

Not a Good Choice for Winter
I went there in January in a group of 8 people so, I had the opportunity to see a number of rooms. I did not see two rooms alike. It's a 50-50 chance to get a very nice room, well heated.
The bad parts: half of the rooms I saw were cold and the breakfast room even colder, which can be a real problem in the winter time. Some of the bathrooms are very small. For watching TV you have to leave a deposit in order to get a remote control. The TV buttons were removed. Kind of annoying.
The good parts: The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is more than satisfactory. The location is good, close to the U Bahn and a few stops away from the center. The price was very good.
For the summer time it is probably a great choice, but I would not recommend it for the winter time.

Clean, tidy, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Easy tram ride to the centre of town and the station. Day staff are good but the old men on the night duty after 7 pm never stay at the desk and wander off, posing a potential security issue since the key is always at the desk.

Great budget hotel!
Mozart Hotel is a wonderful budget hotel enjoying a central location in Vienna. It is a family-run hotel and has a cosy, friendly atmosphere. I stayed at this hotel only for one night and i enjoyed my stay there. My room was a single room, quite big in size with a clean and decent living area. Bathroom facilities were quite satisfactory. The buffet breakfast the hotel offers in the morning was fresh and tasty. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for an affordable, comfortable and centrally located hotel in Vienna.
