* The accommodations feature individually controlled air conditioning, a lounge with sofa, desk, free high-speed Internet access, cordless telephone and LCD-screen TV with satellite channel, a fully-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, vitro ceramic hobs, microwave, tea and coffee facilities and dish washer (only in the largest apartments), as well as a bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer. Baby cots and ironing facilities are provided on request.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of My Suite Inn Montpellier Hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
