Spread over several 2 and 3-storey buildings, comprises a total of 490 rooms and 20 suites. In line with an environmentally friendly concept, the resort is constructed using exclusively organic materials so that the complex harmonises with the surrounding scenery and creates a pleasant atmosphere. In the elegant main building, guests are offered a lobby area with a 24-hour reception desk as well as a shopping arcade with various shops and a hairdressing salon. Facilities include various bars, a stage where the evening entertainment takes place and a number of restaurants (buffet restaurant, grill restaurant, seafood restaurants and Italian specialities restaurant). Moreover, there is a laundry service, room service, a kids' club (4 year olds) and a playground on offer. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage.

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Natura Park Hotel Punta Cana.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
