TERRIBLE
When we arrive the street was closed due to a Britney Spears concert and we have to walk to the hotel front desk to ask what to do. The person at the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Luckly there was a policeman and he allow us to bring the car 6 blocks closer to the hotel and carry our luggage to the hotel. All the other hotels in the area had advised their guest and accomodated them. The rooms were OK the bathrooms are old and dirty.
I had to call the front desk because the towel had stains. The person at the front desk said we could have dinner on the hotel per the inconvenience that never happen. This was the only bad part of my whole trip.
