Myself and my girlfriend visited the Jolly President Hotel in June 03 and it was fantastic. The location was spot on - just a stroll from the Duomo and even though it's quiet there's a taxi's and busses from right outside. Nice clean comfortable & air conditioned rooms, pleasant professional staff and a decent breakfast. We even had a view of the Duomo from our room. Only drawback was 2 singles instead of a double - Great place.

We stayed at Jolly Hotel President in Milan in August 2004. The hotel is very conveniently located in Downtown Milan. It's close to Duomo and stores in famous Montenapoleone area (5-min walk). It's only 10 min or 10 euros taxi ride away from Central or Cardoza train station, Last Supper and Canal. The staff is very helpful, nice and speaks English. We got late checkout without any problems and were provided with maps, phone numbers, etc.
