Homely place
We stayed at this hotel in the spring of 2008 for two days and nights. Staff were friendly and very pleasant. The food was delicious and rates were reasonable. We enjoyed our stay and we coming back this Spring holiday. |

Great value for money!
I've stayed at this hotel at different occasions several times. Norfolk Hotel Birmingham is situated very close to central Birmingham. It has excellent transportation links both with the city center and with the neighbouring cities. Norfolk Hotel Birmingham has a cosy atmosphere and the stuff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. The hotel offers full breakfast including hot and cold buffets. Hotel restaurant has a rich a la carte menu with reasonable prices and its special wines are also worth trying. The hotel has a bar which is ideal for relaxation and the green garden serves as a wonderful place to enjoy your time in Birmingham. Great hotel really! |

Affordable city hotel
We have booked a double room at Norfolk Hotel Birmingham, however upon arrival we have been upgraded to a premium suite. The room had an en suite bathroom and was nice and spacious with plenty of room for our clothes and other things. Tea and coffee facilities, sky television, trouser press, hairdryer and internet access were all provided in the room.
The staff was extremely helpful in everyway and the hotel was in an excellent location, close to all the major attractions, the large shopping complex in Birmingham and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and nightclubs down the road. Overall we found Norfolk Hotel Birmingham as an affordable city hotel with a great location and definitely enjoyed our stay. |

Adequate enough
Prior to our travel, we have read some reviews for Norfolk Hotel and very a bit concerned. But pleasantly enough, we were friendly greeted and given a clean and comfortable clean. We were impressed with breakfast. A really good choice of both continental breakfast and traditional english fare were on offer and cooked to perfection. As previous visitors to Norfolk Hotel emphasized, the hotel indeed requires some refurbishment. But overall, Norfolk Hotel is a sufficient enough place for the value offered, we had a nice experience.

Worth a try
Norfolk Hotel in Birmingham is not as bad as people making it out to be. Moreover, I found staff to be very friendly. Room was clean, tidy and everything worked the way it should and had a good bath with a shower that worked very sufficienly. The bar was resonablly priced and breakfast was great. The hotel is location a hop away from the city centre. There were loads of car parking and patrols going around regularly. Myself and two other colleague enjoyed the stay at Norfolk Hotel. For a nice value, clean accommodation Norfolk Hotel worths a try. |
