* Bar du Normandie:
Wood-paneled bar stocked with 140 whiskeys, along with Calvados, Champagne, aperitifs, teas, snacks, cigars. Paintings of racehorses on the walls. Open daily until late.
* L'Avant-bar:
Intimate spot with fireplace. Teatime features freshly baked pastries and choice of 40 teas. Live piano music Friday and Saturday evenings, nightly during holiday periods.
* Tables, chairs, and wooden sun beds with striped cushions surround the heated pool with its retractable glass roof.
* The hotel’s Children's Club with a trained, multilingual staff, is open weekends and during French, Belgian, and British school holidays. Activities include painting, horse riding, and sandcastle-building. Snacks are served. The hotel also provides a complimentary nursery for very young children.
