Nouvel Hotel is a very attractive hotel in a prime location at the top end of the Ramblas, close to Plaza Catalunya. The public rooms have lots of character, with original 19th century marble flooring, chandeliers and huge gilt mirrors.
As an establishment dating from the early 1920's, it hosted to many famous people and now it has been fully restored and refurbished to bring itself in line with the new millennium. |

I stayed in this Hotel in April 2004 with my family. I have 2 kids and this is the only one in the city center could accommodate us.
The front desk guy was pretty friendly. He directed us to the good Flamenco show and city tour.
