CENTRAL, CLEAN AND NICE
Novotel at Bucharest is the new concept of Novotel hotels, being more refined and centrally located than other hotels of this same family in France and in other countries in Europe
Rooms are quite nice, although a litte bit small, still confortable.
Staff is very well trained. Nice and efficient.
During my stay I received a bottle of complimentary champage because it was my birthday.. This caused me a very possitive and good impression . They could notice it from my ID at check in.. IT WAS A VERY NICE SURPRISE INDEED!! since I booked througn otel.com and not directly through novotel site
Would I have to go back to Bucharest, I would certainly stay at Novotel again.
