This new hotel is a totally private section of the resort for VIP guests offering exclusive services and facilities: private reception, restaurant, main pool and pool restaurant operating during lunch time, bar/café, spa and direct access to the small private “Caves” Beach. 1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Oh! All Suite Hotel Heraklion - Agia Pelagia.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
