The building in which this hotel is set was a family house until 1992, when the family of the Count sold it to the Simões de Almeida family, who then turned it into a hotel. The Villa (a new wing) was inaugurated in 2002 and features 2 suites, 4 junior suites and 8 rooms. The 7-storey establishment comprises a total of 109 guest rooms and suites and is fully air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. Further on-site facilities include lift access, a hairdressing salon, a bar and a restaurant. Guests can relax in the TV lounge and business guests are sure to appreciate the conference facilities and WLAN access. Room service is provided and garage and outdoor parking are both available. Younger guests can let off some steam at the children's playground.
