One World Apartments are located in finely restored buildings , enriched by the best architectural solutions and furniture, with elegant and large Living Room, Bed room with cotto fiorentino or parquets floors, Bathroom with shower and/or tube in classic Florentine style. All apartments have TV, washing machine, fully equipped kitchens, and independent heating.

According to the rules regarding tourist location, as issued by Assessorato al Turismo of Municipality and Province of Florence we are not allowed anymore to provide our flats with sheets and towels.
Sheets and towels can be rented for 10 euros, VAT included, per person, if customers so decide, to be paid at our offices when taking the keys.
Such service is optional, and in case customers did not want it, they shall inform us 48 hours at least before their arrival.
Please do not hesitate to ask for more information you may need.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of One World Apartments at Ognissanti Palace Florence.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
