The complex is situated in Puerto de la Cruz, the most important tourist area in North Tenerife. Restaurants, bars and lively nightlife can all be accessed directly. The bus station is a 10-minute walk away. It is just 50 m from the beach, in the heart of the tourist area. Also in the immediate vicinity is the famous Lago Martianez, where a complex with 8 swimming pools and a lake can be found. La Laguna, a World Heritage Site, is the nearest town, just 20 minutes away by car, while the capital of the island, Santa Cruz, is just 35 km away. The airport for Tenerife North, Los Rodeos, is approximately 25 km away, while the Tenerife South airport, Reina Sofia, is some 95 km away.
The complex comprises 245 studios spread over 12 floors and features 5 lifts. It was renovated in 2006 and offers guests views out over the seafront promenade onto the sea beyond. There is a lobby with 24-hour reception and a currency exchange facility. Guests may also make use of the safe. Further facilities include 2 bars, a buffet restaurant, a hairdresser s salon and beauty centre, a shop, a TV room and a conference room. A laundry service is available, though it is subject to an additional charge. Younger guests can also enjoy the playground. |

2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
