disappointment

We did a trip through Spain and booked through otel.com 11 hotels, they all met our requirements perfectly ......... except the hotel, here are a few points that really could not 1) On arrival we were anything but welcomed by the lady at the reception 2) The description of the hotel was that a private parking fee was available, this proved not to be unfriendly and inquire of the lady in the car where we could lose buurtb we got an answer if you're lucky find a parking space, on their own after a while to find turned the corner behind a public underground garage where our car than have to place two days, strange that our lady there had no idea 3) the breakfast was provided in a cafeteria next to the hotel, the word breakfast was really not applicable to only a few slices of packaged bread, two kinds of jam, butter and one for packaged coffee cake I think the word hotel breakfast completely inappropriate, even had the cafeteria really nice not say dirty
