Excellant Service , Location, breakfast, Amenities all in all not a negative thing to be said 100% Reccomend this Hotel to all. Service was very friendly from checking in to the service given.

Good location
El hotel no está en un lugar especialmente bello pero si muy bien comunicado por todos los medios de transporte (metro, tren, autobuses y tranvías) que permiten un desplazamiento cómodo y rápido a cualquier zona de Berlin. Se pueden hacer visitas interesantes a pié desde el propio Hotel. El precio más que razonable y lo peor es el tamaño del hotel (más de 1000 habitaciones) aunque la organización es muy adecuada en lugares críticos, como por ejemplo, en la sala de desayuno.

Excellent location, excellent accomodation!
My daughter and I just came from a wonderful stay at Park Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz Hotel. Well, first of all the hotel enjoys a wonderful location in the heart of Alexanderplatz which is a large open square, the center of public transport. From the hotel major sites such as the river Spree and the Berliner Dom are within a few minutes walk. The hotel offers very comfortable accomodation. Stylishly decorated functional rooms with air-condition, minibar, hairdryer and good en-suite facilities makes you feel at home. In this hotel you have a good number of restaurants and bars which enables you to experience different tastes without even stepping out of the hotel building. Very nice! We had a great experience at Park Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz Hotel and highly recommend it.

Excellent location
I booked this hotel through otel.com in April 2008.
The hotel has an excellent location, public transportation by the hand, attractions at walking distance.
Clear, spacious, comfortable with a great sight to Berlin.
Excellent buffet style breakfast.
Double room with safe, hairdryer, refrigerator,TV. No coffee maker.
The hotel sits in a Commercial area with multiple public transportation options.

It was great!
We really liked this hotel! We had so many positive emotions there!
It's really good clean 4* hotel. Staff is Ok. The location is absolutely excellent!
Room was simple yet stylish! Room size is OK for Europe, it wasn't large, but it's OK. Light system in room was very sophisticated.
Overall, we would like to stay there again!

highly recommended
It is a hotel which was built under DDR(East German) government guidance in or about 1976, but has been completely modernized. The rooms are somewhat on the small side compared with what we have in the US, but quite in line with European standarts. The service was excellent, the dining experience was great, and the best was its location. We arrived with an RE train, which stopped at the Alexanderplatz station and it was only a small step to the hotel. Same with a publc bus to the airport. All in all, I would highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent Choice
Although the hotel is very large the rooms were very quiet. The location for access to the U and S bahn and buses was superb. An excellent choice available for breakfast. We will stay there again if visiting Berlin.
