Impressed with every aspect of the hotel
Langs Hotel has a very great location, Food was excellent.Room are equipped with everything you need including cd player. Bathrooms are particularly spacious and well laid out. Overall appearance very trendy.
I have stayed there many times and every time I have been very impressed with every aspect of the hotel. |

Lovely hotel
We stayed at the Langs hotel for an anniversary break.
The room was much smaller than expected as the pictures for the rooms on the internet were for the large sized mezzanine rooms.
The room was well equiped with robes, iron and board, playstation console, hifi, dvd player, tv upstairs and downstairs, tea and coffee facilities and an uncomfortable couch.
The bathroom was spacious and modern.
The hotel is perfectly situated beside the bus station and the city centre. The cinema, pubs, clubs and comedy club are just across the road from the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel as a base for the weekend. |

Great Location
I stayed two nights at Langs on a weekend break to Glasgow. Given that Glasgow was the only place in the UK that rained that weekend the visit was saved by Langs' great location which is ultra convenient for city shops and attractions, bus and underground transport and social life. Breakfast was ample and good quality and there is a pleasant bar with outside seating area. Some of the rooms do not have the best aspect so it is worth getting a higher floor and/or a front view of the Glasgow Concert Hall. The only small downside was that it is located next door to the main bus station which provides an interesting insight into the diversity of Glasgow drinking habits, particularly late at night! Overall though a fantastic location to explore the city with friendly and very helpful staff.

Great Easter Break
I stayed at Langs Hotel on Easter Break. Well, the staff were very helpful, rooms clean and breakfast was great. The location of the hotel is brilliant. right in the centre, 1 minute walk to the shops, 10 minute walk to the station and some of the tourist atttractions such as the tenement house are close by. I had a great easter break.

Everything was great and wonderful
My husband and I stayed at Langs Hotel Glasgow for our anniversary.
I am pleased to report that there was absolutely nothing negative about the hotel, staff decor or breakfasts - during our stay at any rate!
The receptionist at Langs was extremely pleasant.
Depsite all the reviews about poor decor, small rooms etc. we were delighted to find ourselves in a split level room, which was tasteful. Lower level: bathroom (despite not having a bath) had a large cubicle and powershower with the other usual bit and bobs... shampoo, shower cap etc. An area with a sofa, large remote t.v., in a display cabinet with tea/ coffee facilities and biscuits, desk and chair. Upper level: a "very firm" double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, small corner wardrobe and smaller t.v. with remote. The window in the room was large and the view was the Clock "on legs" and the Royal Concert Gallery.
Breakfast was Excellent! The restaurant decor was quite lovely and certainly different. It was clean, tidy and maintained as ship-shape throughout the entire service by the alert staff.
We thought Langs was a great centrally located Hotel in Glasgow thus making sight-seeing a pleasure, whilst providing a comfortable and friendly base. Overall, very very much pleased with our stay at Langs hotel.
