Parklands Hotel provides Perth with an unbeatable combination of quality accommodation. This 4 Star Hotel offers comfort, relaxation, fabulous food and friendly service providing an excellent guest experience.

LOCATION

The Parklands Hotel is situated on the edge of the South Inch Park, and with stunning views across the River Tay to Kinnoull Hill. It is located next to the South Inch Park and close to the Train and Bus Stations.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

* 63@Parklands Restaurant, offers fine dining at its best with its traditional and new dished combined on a menu to provide a great experience from the moment they arrive until they enjoy a cup of coffee or liqueur in the lounge area of the hotel.

* The Bank Bistro, offers a wide selection of dishes that are changed seasonally and they can enjoy their food while admiring the views of the garden and the surrounding parkland.

* Conference/Meeting and Events, there are 16 function rooms that can accommodate for up to 500 delegates. It is an ideal venue for Seminars, Business meetings and other special events. The meeting rooms are equipped with state of the art Audiovisuals, Lectern, Microphone and Internet access. Coffee and Pastries are available on arrival and delegates can either select from the standard restaurant offerings for lunch and dinner or have specific buffets or menus planned for them.

* The hotel offers a comfortable lounge area for guests to relax in and the garden and terrace areas have seating in order that the guests can enjoy the views and the Scottish summer.

* Parklands hotel has a total number of 15 individually styled twin or double bedded rooms. All bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and have en-suite facilities, cable television, direct dial telephone, hair dryer plus tea and coffee making facilities. All bedrooms have a Flat Screen TV with DVD Player and a CD stereo.

* All rooms are also equipped with wireless broadband internet access for the guest's laptop computers. For those without laptop wireless capability, there are 2 wired internet connection points available in the hotel.

* Superior rooms are larger than standard rooms and are front facing with views of the gardens and the park. One of the superior rooms has a Jacuzzi bath. There are 4 bedrooms located on the ground floor, which are particularly welcomed by those with walking difficulties.
