Cheap but clean and comfortable

A small / very small room but clean and well equiped. I spend only one night

Comfortable stay in Pelayo Hotel

Stayed here together with 2 of my friends in June. The hotel is located in a good area near Las Ramblas which is a long lively street full of street theatre, cafés and shopping stalls. "Plaça de Catalunya" which is considered to the center of the city is within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel itself is warm and cosy. Staff at the reception desk are cordial and helpful. We stayed in a tripple room which was large enough to accomodate us with our huge luggages :) It was clean with basic facilities which was enough for we mostly used it just to sleep. Hotel has a breakfast room on the basement. Breakfast was satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay at Pelayo Hotel and would recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable place with a central location to stay in Barcelona.
