great stay
We had a fantastic time in New York, the hotelroom was basic but had all we needed, very clean and good beds, a supply of clean towels, soap and shampoo every day. It was a holliday to never forget! |

Lovely stay!
I was going to stay in NewYork for the first time and a friend of mine recommended Pennsylvania Hotel. I booked a room through otel.com and i didn't have any problems during check-in process. The hotel has an outstanding location on 7th Avenue at 33rd Street which was very central and close to the places i wanted to visit such as the Empire State Building, Times Square, Broadway and Macy's Herald Square. My room was on the 13th floor, which is a number i don't like much, it was a pleasant room comfortable with all the necessary amenities and with a nice bathroom with bath and hairdryer. The hotel has a fitness center which is quite nice! It had a good 5 day's stay at Pennsylvania Hotel and would recommend it to my friends. |

Very basic hotel
During our vist to New York, we have chosen to stay at Pennsylvania Hotel. Once we entered the hotel, we were impressed with a very glamourous lobby. We have arrived one hour before the check-in time. But very nice reception staff accepted our early check in without any additional charge. Although the room was basic, but had been kept clean. Overall, its a very basic hotel with a great location for sighseeing. |

Met my expectations and requirements
I just stayed for 3 days at Pennsylvania Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and staff was great. A bit time-consuming at the check-in due to the group checking at the same time. The room was not impressive but adequate, yet bed was too small and the bathtub would clog during showers, which was promptly fixed. Despite all that, the hotel is ideally located, close to the subway, the Empire State Building and Macy's.
Overall, it met my expectations and requirements. |

Lovely stay
I have chosen to stay at Pennsylvania Hotel while visitng our friends. The hotel is located in Midtown directly opposite Madison Square Garden and Amtrak's Penn Station. Upon arrival our check-in was prompt with help of efficient and professional staff. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my room. It was immaculate, you could not find fault with it: new furniture, bathroom spotless and it was very nice. The view was just of a building across the way which didnt bother me in the slightest. Clean towels were daily exchanged and maids were friendly. There is nothing else I could possibly wish. Had a very lovely stay. |
