This typically Mexican, colonial-style hotel has been decorated in tones characteristic of the region and underwent extensive renovation in 2006. There are a total of 408 rooms on offer to guests, spread over 4 buildings each of which has 4 floors. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and lifts. Within the gardens are stone fountains, waterfalls, palapas surrounded by palms and a great deal of tropical plants. Further hotel amenities include a travel agency, a car hire service, a sick bay and medical assistance, WLAN Internet access and room, laundry and cleaning services. Parents are offered babysitting and there are rooms for business events and other private functions. The Terraza Playa restaurant is located on a terrace beside the sea and provides both national and international dishes. Mexican dishes are prepared at the Fiesta Mexicana where folklore events are also held. A range of drinks and snacks are available at La Playita and there is a bar where live music and special drinks are on offer.

2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
