This apartment resort has been recently built on the seafront and features unique facilities, furnishings, electrical household appliances and decor, all selected with great care. There are 12 apartments, each with 1 or 2 bedrooms. The complex has spacious terraces and gardens, a promenade, a garage (local charge and subject to availability) and an outdoor car park on the hotel grounds (subject to availability).
The keys are to be collected in Valmanga's office, in the complex Hawaii V, Gran Vía km 8500, exit 80, hourly summer hours: Monday to Friday 10:00h to 14:00h and 17:00h to 20:00h, Saturday and Sunday 10:00h to 13:00h and 17:00h to 19:00h. Winter hous: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 14:00h and 16:00h to 19:00h. If the client arrives after these hoursthey have to call by telephone (0034 96 8140742). |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Playa Principe Hotel La Manga - Costa Calida.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
