Constructed in a Mediterranean style, this air-conditioned apartment hotel underwent extensive renovations in 2003. The hotel comprises a total of 130 apartments spread over 2 floors and facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift in addition to a small supermarket, a café, a bar, a games room and a restaurant with highchairs for infants. The hotel also features an Internet terminal with a free wireless connection, and a playground and kids' club are on offer to the hotel's younger clientele.
