Nothing special but well served our purpose

We just got back from ten days in London where we stayed at President Hotel. When I first read the reviews about this hotel l was truly frightened to see what was in store for me. When my husband and l arrived at the hotel we experienced minor set backs with a reservation but it was immediately sorted out. The staff was courteous and happy to help - above average customer service. Rooms were small but clean. Water pressure was fantastic.The breakfast at the hotel was very minimal and restaurant very pricy. However, there are plenty of restaurants to be found in the immediate vicinity. The most importantly for us was that the hotel was excellently positioned to the tube, offered a clean room and provide a nice service that was unexpectedly above average. President Hotel was nothing fspecial but it well served our purpose.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife on the 28th of December 2003 for 5 nights,the greatest point about the hotel was thge location,30 seconds walking to the metro station,and also in the same area where is the hotel there are alot of resteurants and pubs,the room we got was clean and in a very good condetion but it was street view which was little bit noisy,breakfast was not worth to wake up for it....in general its nice hotel with great location and clean rooms..
