Pyramisa is a discreet 4 star hotel, with a satisfactory service and bad food. poor organization and a good animation. family friendly unpretentious, which is easily satisfied, do not expect much.

We was there with our children. We liked the place a lot!!!,Nice srevice and that's give the place 5 stars specially from the front office manager mr.Hassan he make our vacation like a magic,,,keen about every thing and he watch everything,,,Smilly always and follow up wit us if we need anything that's the people who knows about offering good service one hour tennis free per our stay is a perfect idea my son likes it alot ,,,definetly we will come again soon with lots of people,,,,,,,,,i recomend this place to every one go there ,,,,,,,,

5* hotel???
Could be rated to 3* hotel not higher. Low service level, staff is constantly disturbing the guests. Restaurant is dirty, with "Soviet touch". You have to fight for plates and cups as there is a constant lack of them. Cockroaches in the bathroom... Finally we became quite a masters on killing them with the carbage can. Not suggested if you expect 5* service.
