During your stay you will be occupying our holiday rental apartments. Q1 Resort & Spa apartments views towards the hinterland, the city and the ocean.
One bedroom apartment are located on levels 3 - 35 with city views and spa bath. The bedding configuration is a queen or 2 singles. Min size of the apartments is 80sqm. All apartments have a glass encased balcony.
Apartments are assigned on the morning of your arrival, with levels allocated depending on availability. |

Q1 Resort & Spa have a business centre located on the second floor. This centre will offer such facilities as a fax machine, email/Internet access and document creation software. The business centre will be open from 7am-6pm, and after hours on application. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Q1 Resort & Spa Hotel Surfers Paradise.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
