Excellent stay
It was the best hotel I´ve ever stayed at. The staff was very kind and professional. Breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. We really enjoyed sauna and fitness and I also recommend the bar and coctails. The hotel is situated in the city center and there is no problem to get anywhere. Regarding the room, it was always clean. We liked the room design and the style of the hotel building, too. I´m looking forward to coming back soon!

One of the best hotels in the world. Everyone was wonderfully accomodating. Everything you want in a palace and much more. What a magnificent place.

I stauyed at this hotel last week, and the setting, food quality and room were of excellent quality. I was really impressed by the attitude of staff - helpful and polite. Breakfast was superb as was dinner especially good for vegetarians. This is one of the better Radisson Hotels that I have stayed in, and I would recommend it very highly. A satisfied customer who enjoyed the hospitality that was given.

Having stayed in many Radisson hotels throughout the world I found this one to be a very average city centre hotel. It is conveniently located on the Ringstrasse for easy access to the old town but the hotel itself failed to live up to expectations. It also had the unique touch of charging 10 euros for the use of its very small gym!

We stayed at the Radisson SAS Palais in Vienna the first week of July 2004. Having stayed in various classes of hotels throughout Europe, we enjoyed the Palais?۪ combination of consistent service and European charm. The staff was very professional, cordial and willing to accommodate. Our room was clean, attractive and adequately supplied with toiletries and linens. The facilities and services were above average as well. The Palais is conveniently located within walking distance of most attractions, including shopping and restaurants. In fact, subsequent to our stay in Vienna, we stayed in the Radisson SAS Bek̩ in Budapest. Based on comparison and our personal experience at each hotel, we would definitely stay at the Radisson SAS PALAIS again.
