I have stayed at the Park Lane for 1 year and have had my collegues stay there for at least 100 room nights this year. I am a serious business traveler and have stayed in hotels all over the worldThe Radisson Park Lane hotel is a very good hotel (for Europe) with an outstanding staff. The rooms are large, nicely furnished and very quiet. I have stayed in rooms facing the park, (very nice view) the inside (very quiet) and the back street (interesting peopls, still quiet) The location is very good. It is in a safe neighborhood and is still close to everything. The diamond district is right there, the central train station is less that 10 minutes on foot and the cathedrial and main squares are less than 20.We especially like the breakfast buffet. The varriety is remarkable, the staff very friendly and professional. If you're going to Antwerp give it a try. |

I got a great, late internet deal on the room (which was massive and beautiful). The staff were absolutely terrific - friendly and helpful.
The hotel feels a little out of the way, but it's in a very safe area, overlooking the park. The hotel restaurant is probably great but it's very pricey and (for my tastes) a bit too fancy. There aren't really any restaurants around, so you must go back toward the station or into the old town. It's about a 10 minute walk to the station and about a 20 minute walk to the older part of Antwerp (which is really the only place you want to be as a tourist!). I loved it, but if I go to Antwerp again I think I'd like to be closer to the action - Antwerp is a pretty quiet place anyway, so you can afford to stay in the more tourist-friendly bits. |

I've stayed several times at the Park Lane. The hotel is very luxurious and the staff is friendly. Especially the size and furniture of the rooms are excellent. You can have a very nice - but expensive - meal in the restaurant. The location isn't so good for tourists who want to visit the old centre, which is +/- 10 minutes on foot from the hotel, although for the 10 minutes walk you'll find yourself in probably the best hotel in town. The Hilton in Antwerp has the best location, but is much less luxurious. |
