Ramada Birmingham East will be constructing a new reception, bar, restaurant and meeting rooms between August 2006 and January 2007. All hotel services will be uneffected, although temporary layouts may be used in the lobby area and access to certain areas may be restricted. |

* Enjoy a relaxing meal in the Restaurant (seats 80 people), which serves contemporary bistro food in stylish surroundings. Afterwards, relax and enjoy a drink in the friendly atmosphere of the Bar and Lounge area.
* Hotel Bar is open from 6pm - 11pm, although alcoholic drinks are available to residents after 11pm via our night service. Restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, with a limited Room Service menu available 24 hours. Average 3 course dinner price is GBP 23.00, with daily special also available.
* Hotel has 2 meeting rooms with total accommodations for up to 35 people, 30 in largest room, or 30 banquet style. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Ramada Birmingham East Hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
