The previous reviewer said it all. A wonderful hotel, clean, big rooms, good food...but we were afraid to walk the neighborhood and definately did not want to venture out at night. Naples is not a clean city and the area around the central station was littered...
We stayed at the New Europe for one night and were pleasantly surprised. We walked the short distance from the train station and the area is very undesirable. Our room was a good size, with a large bathroom. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed din...
This is a nice new hotel situated just around the corner from the main train station. Directly opposite is the sercumvesuvia train station with trains direct to Herculaneum and Pompeii. The area is poor, and bit of a red light area, but not particularly scary ...
