The exterior is a low rize 4 storey white concrete building spread over 40 acres of lush tropical and landscaped garden with long and white sandy beach. Area on the beach front offer a cluster of concrete bungalows.
* Lobby : The lobby is large, low ceiling in atrium style with open air built. There is enough seating area in the middle adjacent to the refreshment bar. |

* Rooms are mixed with superior, deluxe, regency room and regency cottage. All rooms are in large size starts from 37 square metres. Mostly rooms offer either garden, pool view or seaview. Rooms on the higher floor offer better seaview.
* Each room is modernly decorated with floral bed cover. Bathroom are fair. Rooms on Regency wing are larger with indoor living area. Deluxe rooms are all renovated and now offer semi-contemporary Thai style with white wall and dark wood furnitures. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Regent Beach Resort Hotel Cha Am.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
