* Comfortable apartments suites from Studio Deluxe (40 square meters) to 2 Bedrooms Executive Suite (110 square meters). All Suites have been restored with beamed ceiling and typical Cotto Florentine style floor. Some Suites have original Frescos dated from 16th Century. Sheets and towels can be rented. Such service is optional, and in case customers did not want it, they shall inform 48 hours at least before their arrival. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Residence La Torre Florence.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
