The resort is located on 195 acres of hillside beneath the mammoth peaks of Squaw Valley, California. Some of the major attractions are Tahoe City, Donner Memorial State Park, Cal-Neva Casino and South Lake Tahoe.

Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
