The superb apartments are spread across a number of buildings, located in one of the best areas of the Cadiz province.
The office opening times are as follows: Monday to Saturday from 9am to 2pm and from 5pm to 7pm as well as Sundays from 10am to 2pm. The reception is open from 5pm to 7pm. Check-in is from 5 pm and check out is by midday. Keys can be collected and deposited from Casa de Madera in front of Hotel Colón. A deposit is required on arrival. For late arrivals (later than 9 pm) please let the hotel know on 956849000/956 109 904; there is also an extra fee for delayed hour. Latest arrival is midnight.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Resort Costa Ballena Hotel Costa de la Luz - Cadiz. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
