Chersonissos is a town in the north of Crete, about 25 kilometers east of Heraklion and west of Agios Nikolaos. What is usually called Chersonissos is in fact its peninsula and harbour.
Chersonissos is probably the most tourism-oriented town of the island. Many hotels, the famous Star Beach with its slides, bars, pools, games, bungy jumping, go-karts etc, create an atmosphere like that of a day time club. There is also a lot to do for children. In the main street, several souvenir shops are available, as well as other shops and restaurants. The bustling night life includes many discos, clubs, bars and pubs.
For those who prefer to rest and sunbathe during their holidays, Chersonissos also offers beautiful beaches. A number of excursions to other sites of interest on the island, or even to other islands, are of course available.
Agios Nikolaos is a coastal town located east of the island's capital Heraklion, north of the town of Ierapetra and west of the town of Sitia. Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the Lasithi province. The name Agios Nikolaos means Saint Nicholas – the patron saint of sailors.
Agios Nikolaos is probably best known as a tourist town that serves as a hub to the twenty or so small villages and farms that make up that part of Lassithi. Tourist attractions include the small lagoon Lake Voulismeni, small beaches in the town, the tiny island Agioi Pantes, the archaeological museum, the local flora exhibition “Iris” and numerous fairs. |

The main restaurant serves an American buffet breakfast from 07h30 to 10h00. A lunch buffet is available from 12h30 to 14h30 and a dinner buffet from 19h00 to 21h30. The main restaurant offers local and international cuisine, as well as show cooking.
* CHINESE RESTAURANT
Indulge in the finest, authentic, a la carte Chinese cuisine! The Chinese restaurant operates from 18h30 to 23h00.
* TAVERN – SNACK BAR
The tavern operates from 12h00 to 14h30 for lunch and from 19h00 to 21h30 for dinner.
* CAFÉ RINELA
An innovative selection of refreshing drinks leaves guests spoilt for choice, from 10h00 to 24h30.
* MAIN BAR
