Choose from one of the many gourmet traditional dishes, or have fresh caught, farm raised trout from our own stream above the restaurant. The El Rancho restaurant, below, is a specialty steak house. | CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Rio Perlas Spa & Resort Hotel San Jose.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
