a non forgettable experience
the hotel was excellant, the concierge was very helpful. The doormen were excellant, they helped figure where to send the taxi and got you back. Also helped deal with overcharging taxi drivers, and negoiated prices

A very hospitable staff ,very clean rooms. The beds were very comfortable.One of the most luxurious hotels of istanbul. The only negative thing is that there isn't enough sitting areas in the lobby.

Hotel is amazing
Hotel is amazing service is unfortunately not!waiters look to lots of guests in an unfriendly way although i beleive it wasnt intentional.. not a RITS C. standard i beleive!

Hotel location and bosphorous scenery is excellent.
Hotel entrance especially from stadium side is really difficult during the rush hours.
Food quality and taste is very good.
Front garden around cafe needs to be organized and to be improved.
