The rooms are all air conditioned, guaranteeing a comfortable stay. All accommodations are individually controlled air-conditioning and offer thoughtful amenities, such as mini bar, direct dial phone, LCD flat screen on satellite TV and wireless Internet access. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Roosevelt Hotel Lyon.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
