I had the great pleasure of staying in Krakow in early December 2008 and was extremely pleased with our choice of hotel. The Ruczaj Hotel was comforable, extremely clean and above all had a staff who were pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful. I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Good choice
I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights in a triple room. The room was large and very clean. Staff was absolutely friendly and spoke good English. The restaurant offered good meal options and breakfast was included in the fare. The hotel was 15 minutes on taxi to the city centre. Each taxi ride cost about 15-20 Zlotys. But there was also a bus which was not very difficult to get. I would recommend the hotel.
