Having just spent 9 nights at the San Marino Suites with my wife and two of our adult chidren occupying two suites, I feel that we are in a very good position to write this review. We found the staff very helpful and friendly who went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable and trouble free as posible. We only had one minor complaint during our stay and this was dealt with quite rapidly and followed up wih a written apology and a basket of fruit. The hotel is in an ideal position in the city centre for access to all of the places of interest, although this did give a little traffic noise in one of the suites. Coffee making facilities are provided and replenished daily, as is the free bottled water. Take some tea bags. WiFi internet is free in all rooms also in the internet room which has 3 desk tops. We had the buffet breakfast every day, used the room service and was not disappointed. We also used the restaurant four times for dinner and were very pleased with the menu and quality of the meals. On our last day, as our flight back to London was not until 8.40pm, we were allowed a late check-out on the largest room at no extra charge. We would all use this hotel again and recommend it with confidence. Our yard stick for this recommendation being that we have stayed in city centre hotels in many cities through out the world and this is value for money.
