While the room and breakfast was good, the airconditioning did not work. The lift is vintage and takes ten times longer to reach the ground floor than walking down the stairs.
While all the staff were very courteous and well behaved, there was this short person at the desk who was very rude and ill mannered.
Unfortunately I did not ask his name. Such people should be sacked as they would bring a bad image of your otherwise nice hotel.
However, all the other staff compensated with their excelent customer service.

Great Value for a short break
Cheap hotel with good spacious accommodation in the centre of Rome close to all amenities. Staff are friendly. However the ensuite bathrooms needs refurbishment.
