Was transferred to this hotel from another Sana Group hotel which was overbooked. It was quite worthwhile an upgrade. Hotel was catered more for conventions (so that people stay on site) and groups (which bus the group around) as the hotel is out-of-the-way. The nearest Metro is not conveniently located, although there is a bus service to Rossio. Taxi is the most convenient way, and only way when there is no bus service. Otherwise our twin sharing room was spacious enough (not big, but don't have to crawl over each other), and bathroom was biggish. Our room overlooked the front of the hotel and was pretty quiet. Only occasional noise (not very noticeable) was from planes flying in to land at nearby airport. No tea-making facilities for a 4-star hotel. Housekeeping was competent and responded easily to request for extra pillows. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.
